We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Coverage
We deliver PC components and accessories across India through our logistics partners. Enter your pin code at checkout to verify serviceability and estimated delivery time for your location.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Custom PC builds require 3-5 business days for assembly before shipping
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above a minimum value (displayed at checkout)
- Standard Shipping: Calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination
- Express Shipping: Available for select locations at additional cost
- Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment
Logistics Partner
We use Shiprocket as our logistics aggregator, which partners with reputed courier services including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ecom Express, and other regional carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your PC components. The courier partner is automatically assigned based on serviceability and delivery speed for your pin code.
Packaging
PC components are delicate electronics. We take extra care in packaging to prevent damage during transit:
- All products are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging
- Additional bubble wrap and foam protection for fragile items (GPUs, monitors, etc.)
- Sturdy outer cartons designed for electronic shipments
- Custom PC builds are shipped in specially designed PC shipping boxes
Order Tracking
- Tracking number and courier details are sent via email and SMS once dispatched
- Track your order status in "My Orders" section of your account
- Receive real-time updates on WhatsApp (if opted in)
- Contact support if tracking shows no updates for more than 48 hours
Delivery Instructions
- Please provide accurate and complete delivery address including landmarks
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
- The delivery person may ask for OTP verification for high-value orders
- Check the package for external damage before accepting delivery
- If the outer packaging is damaged, record a video while opening the package
Failed Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal:
- The courier will attempt re-delivery (usually within 24-48 hours)
- After 2-3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us
- For returned orders, refund will be processed minus shipping charges
- Contact support to reschedule delivery or update address
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses
- Certain remote areas may have limited delivery options
- International shipping is currently not available
Important: Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or wrong product was delivered.
