The Platform is owned and operated by COMMITX TECHNOLOGY OPC PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 251, 1st Floor, 12th B Cross Road WCR, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560012, India (hereinafter referred to as "PCBuildCentral", "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").

1. About Our Services

PCBuildCentral is an AI-powered PC building platform and ecommerce store. Our AI PC builder tool is accessible globally, allowing users worldwide to explore, configure, and plan their PC builds. Our ecommerce services (purchasing and delivery) are available exclusively within India.

Our services include:

• AI-powered PC configuration and recommendation system (available globally)
• Component compatibility checking (available globally)
• Sale of computer components, peripherals, and accessories (India only)
• Custom PC assembly services (India only)
• Technical support and guidance

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform
• Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
• You must be a resident of India to place orders and make purchases
• Users from other countries may use the AI PC builder for research and planning purposes
• By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts (for ecommerce transactions)

3. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. AI-Powered Features

Our Platform uses artificial intelligence to provide PC building recommendations. Please note:

• AI recommendations are provided as guidance and may not account for all individual requirements
• Component compatibility suggestions are based on available specifications but should be verified before purchase
• Performance estimates are approximate and may vary based on actual usage conditions
• You are responsible for reviewing and confirming your selections before placing orders
• We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will meet all your specific needs

5. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud
• Order confirmation is subject to product availability and payment verification
• Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time

6. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking
• All payments are securely processed through PhonePe payment gateway
• You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the charges
• All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI-DSS standards

7. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to serviceable pin codes across India
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics partner availability
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact information
• Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery

8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Most PC components come with manufacturer warranty, and warranty claims after the return window should be directed to the respective manufacturer's service center.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of PCBuildCentral or its licensors
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission
• Product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners
• Use of our Platform does not grant you any intellectual property rights

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment chargebacks without valid reason
• Resell products purchased from us without authorization
• Use the Platform to distribute malware or malicious content

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Platform and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform
• Product specifications and images are provided by manufacturers and may vary
• We are not responsible for compatibility issues arising from user-specific configurations
• Third-party products and services are subject to their respective terms and warranties

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCBuildCentral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PCBuildCentral, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
